Turner, who previously managed another company, Drinkdrum Ltd, which also faced dissolution, now finds himself at the center of a burgeoning controversy regarding his business practices and the rapid demise of HostHarbour.

HostHarbour was registered at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, and classified under data processing and hosting services. It failed to submit any financial reports, raising questions about its financial health and management efficiency from the onset.

The abrupt collapse of HostHarbour is largely attributed to its controversial hiring practices and poor customer service. Multiple reviews on Trustpilot reveal that HostHarbour employed unqualified teenagers for customer support, leading to highly unprofessional and often inappropriate interactions with clients. One customer reported, "their operations director is a 14 year old," while another described the responses as "sexually explicit."

Turner, who previously managed DrinkDrum Ltd—a company that also faced dissolution—now faces increased scrutiny over his business practices.
